SHIPPING

When making your purchase please ensure that you provide accurate and complete details regarding your payment and shipping address. Once we ship your item(s), we are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries undeliverable addresses, or incorrect shipping addresses. If you do notice that you placed your order with the wrong shipping address contact us at info@sanaajewels.com immediately. Depending on when you contact us, we may or may not be able to change your shipping address.

For international orders, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

PROCESSING 

We ship orders Monday - Friday from South Florida. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Though, delays may occur during holiday season and promotional sales.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. You can request a return HERE.

Please return your package within 7 days of the label being created. The label will be void after that.

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.

All returned items must be sent back in the original condition, unworn, undamaged, with ALL the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.
